Bring a full water bottle and large towel to Practice

Please bring a large water bottle (filled) and a towel.

We do stretches on the ground and the grass is sometimes wet and “itchy”.

We will begin promptly at 3:45 with announcements followed by devotions. We will then break into our groups.

Parents needing to register/pay/order shirts can do that AFTER we have finished with devotions.

We are all excited about our 2017 season and looking forward to meeting all our new runners. Welcome to the team!!!
